Are you always hungry? If so, it might not just be a sign that you’re lacking nutrients – it might also be a sign that your brain is telling your body to seek out food. How Much Energy Do You Consume Each Day?

I am always hungry because I consume a lot of energy each day. I usually wake up around 6am and start my day by drinking a cup of coffee. After that, I go to the gym for an hour. Afterwards, I eat breakfast which consists of eggs and bacon. Throughout the day, I constantly need to eat because my body is constantly burning energy. Towards the end of the day, I usually have dinner which is usually something light like a salad or chicken breast. Throughout the day, I burn around 1,500-2,000 calories which equals to about 3,000-4,000 kcal.

There are many reasons why people may feel unsatisfied with their hunger levels. Some of the most common causes are as follows:

I’ve been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have tried every diet out there, and even changed my eating habits multiple times, but nothing seems to work.
